It's not simply about the weight, it's how I feel being this heavy. I feel slow, I feel pathethic and I feel embarrased, plus it's so unhealthy. But your also right, if i'm cheerful it's better for me, unfortunately I haven't been cheerful in years, thx for the comment and advice.
